Our organic farmer’s yogurts
OUR ORGANIC FARMER’S YOGURTS are made with our farm’s whole organic non-homogenized certified AgroBoreal milk. They are made in only three steps as per the traditional method: pasteurization, inoculation and in-container aging. This crafting method allows the fresh milk taste to remain present in the yogurt. It also establishes a healthy guarantee since the wholeness of the molecules is upheld due to the milk being transported over a very short distance.
The thin layer of cream on the top is a guarantee of quality and authenticity: a testimony to our hand-crafted production.

Our NATURE yogurt
This is our most popular yogurt. It is made solely with our farm’s organic milk. It expresses our respect for the land that supplies our cows with the food they need and like, thanks to the simple contribution of the sun and the water. In the end, this yogurt is pure, fresh and perfectly balanced.
Our nature yogurt favourably replaces mayonnaise, butter or cream in many recipes including salad dressings, meats that are cooked in sauce and desserts such as cakes, muffins and cookies.

Our STRAWBERRY yogurt
We add a lightly sweetened organic strawberry compote to our nature yogurt. Hence, this yogurt is delicious at breakfast. It is a wonderful accompaniment for desserts or snacks such as cakes and muffins. To make it a gourmet dessert add a touch of honey, maple syrup or fruit coulis.

This is our most authentic and popular yogurt since it is made almost solely with our farm’s organic milk. It expresses our respect for the land that supplies our cows with the food they need and like, thanks to the simple contribution of the sun and the water. In the end, this yogurt is pure, fresh and perfectly balanced.
It is lightly sweetened thanks to the added organic blueberry compote, which is authentic to the Lac-Saint-Jean region. This yogurt is pleasantly eaten at breakfast. It is a wonderful accompaniment for desserts or snacks such as cakes and muffins. Why not make it a gourmet dessert and add a touch of honey, maple syrup or fruit coulis?
